Any improvements, alterations, or modification of a structure or exterior features of a lot, including buildings, fences, landscaping, removal of trees, walls, stairs, sheds, painting, on property located at Breakaway is governed by the Breakaway Village Code, and must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
